Default I can't find this Veggie listed.....

Can I eat avocado on Phase 1 ?? It's not listed as either an ok/not ok veggie, so I am at a loss.

I think you can eat up to 1/8th of an avacado.

avocado is listed as a fruit. If you look at the stats, I think you will find there is so much fiber in the avocado, that your net carbs are very low.

it's an ingredient in the South Beach Chopped Salad w. Tuna, which is a Phase 1 recipe, so it's gotta be OK, at least in small portions.

Avocado is considered a good fat... 1/3 of an avocado = 1 T of oil
