Default Fell down, but now I am back

Hello Everyone!

Where do I begin? I have posted a couple of times with every good intention of losing weight, but I get discouraged and lazy and give up. Well, I am finally fed up and tired of being overweight well, actually obese for my height and weight. So, I am back and hoping I can do it this time. I am going to set small weight loss goals for myself. We are going on vacation next April and I hope to be down to my goal weight if I am not I hope to be almost there.

I think the first thing to overcome is a bad attitude to weight loss and dieting etc. but as maalisse said, you seem to have a great attitude, I'm sure you will reach your goal! Good Luck!

Welcome back! It's awesome you're changing your attitude and making the effort to change your body and your life. It's also good that you're setting goals to provide some structure to your plan. I'm fairly new here, and I can't stop posting because I find that I identify with lots of the women here, well because we all have a common goal. Good luck!

I read somewhere that attitude is half and diet and exercise is the other half of what you need to loose all the weight and gain your health back.
Good luck
