Ugh, this is the first really bad day I've had since starting my plan 4 weeks ago and it feels horrible! I was doing ok until I took the boys I nanny to the movies, where I proceded to eat Milk Duds and popcorn!
Then I came home to do my workout, got through my strength training, then tried to do day 3 of C25K and only got through 6 minutes!!! That crappy food made me feel horrible, and for some reason my shins are killing me, so I'll have to do it in the morning. I'm going out with the girls tonight, and was really looking forward to it, but now I'm in a horrible mood! How do you get over it when you've had a bad day???
