How often does Dr. Agatston recommend using these convenience foods?
I'm in love with most of the products that Kraft made for SB but I'm scared of overdoing it. Is there any recommendations out there of how many are recommended?
I don't know of any, but if they make it easy for you to stay on plan and you're losing well with them, then go by how you're feeling. I'd say one of your big concerns might be with the sodium content, and other than that ingesting a lot of preservatives over making your food from scratch.
