I had a turkey breast sandwich with tomato, lettuce, piece of cheese and some mustard. I'm eating fruit as a side with it! YUM

I regret to say that I had a piece of homemade pizza for lunch today. Only 1 slice. I did budget it into my daily caloric intake.

well, that's what matters Kae! I'm not counting calories or anything... I'm sticking to a low fat diet cause I'm OCD and if I go back to the counting thing again I will not eat anything. I've been there done that before. Don't care to again cause I don't want to live like that...

Only 1 slice of pizza is a VICTORY in my book!

Y'know, I started out counting calories (and do it from time to time still), but I found my little OCD coming out. I still can't bring myself to eat oatmeal or salmon (both fairly healthy foods that I enjoy) because it has more fat in it and is higher in calories than I had anticipated. Since so many people have such great success counting calories, I have been feeling guilty about not doing it, but I have great difficulty forcing myself to go over 1000 calories a day when I do, which I have found to slow my weight loss. It's great to have a kindred spirit!

I had a turkey sandwich with light mayo and Dijon, some bread & butter pickles made with Splenda, and a red delicious apple.

I made a tuna salad with tomato, green pepper, onion, ff mayo, and mustard. I ate it with lettuce and 2 corn cakes. It was surprisingly filling.
