You may either be gaining muscle and losing fat (check how many inches you've lost!) or you may need to mess around with the combination ('combo') of starches and fruits you're eating--when you eat them, how much you're eating, what you eat with them, etc. Check out the

I do think the scale will eventually move. Congratulations, though on the original loss...that's fantastic!!!
