I have been on LA Weight Loss now 3 times and it does work I lost 60+ pounds last time, but I got bored and gained most of it back. I try to blame it on my family and being to busy, but we all know it is in your motivation. I am sick of being the biggest girl where ever I go. I want to be able to go into a regular store and buy clothes. I am motivated this time and my husband is quite helpful too. I look at my kids and think I could be such a better mom if I liked myself..... but the weight is a problem for me. I am going to do it this time. I am thankful for this web site, it is quite insiteful. If anyone has words of wisdom let me know.

I know you can do it! I am glad you have the motivation to do it again! All of us have lost weight numerous times. I know I have lost count of how many times I have lost large amounts of weight myself! Join in our threads, we have one for mini goals like the one for Labor Day. It really helps to break it down to say I want to lose ten pounds by labor day instead of how much we really want to lose total!!
