Default new here!

Hi all, I'm new to this board, but not to WW or the Core plan. This is my 3rd time on WW (stopped previously 2 times due to pregnancies!) and now I'm going for the goal! Did only flex before, but this time decided to try core about 3 weeks into program...so far I'm LOVING it!

I do have some questions though (of course!)...I know that core started in 2004 and was a little different back then, and because I'm a curious type, I wanted to know what the differences are from then to now. I know the snack rules have changed, but what were they then? I'm an online user at WW and can't seem to find this info anywhere. Don't know why I'm so curious, but really just want to know how the program has evolved over the last few years!

Hope to get to know some of you better!

Take care,

I don't know the answers to your questions, but I'm sure someone does!

In the meantime, join us on the Core Chat...it's a little slow right now, with people away and taking breaks..but it's normally lively and always friendly.
