There's an LAWL commercial running in my area for losing 20 lbs this summer on the program and there's:
- No counting points (we know that)
- No counting calories (we know that)
- No measuring
- No weighing

So, anyone know what this is cause I thought we had to measure and weigh?

Haven't seen this one. Our current ad (that seems to run continuously!) is lose all the weight you want but only pay for 20 pounds.

I'm taking a gander that it's a hawk for slim downs.

I'm sure there's a way that it can be done without weighing and measuring. I mean if you only use apples, oranges, and LA products for fruits.

I can go a day without using the scale or a measuring cup, but I do use glad ware containers in even sizes so I'm pretty much sure how much I'm eating.

I have not seen this commercial either. They are running one here but I have tuned it out lol as I do to most commercials but I dont recall seeing those guidelines at all. Come to think of it since I have been back to the center they have not asked if I am weighing or measuring anything. And wouldn't you know I am weighing and measuring everything lol!
