Smile New to SBD-Question about P1
Hi! I am about to start SB and have to go grocery shopping. Is LF Sour Cream allowed in Phase 1? I can't find this info anywhere.

Fat-free and reduced-fat sour cream are fine for P1 and beyond. Just avoid regular sour cream.

Yes, you may have FF or LF sour cream in Phase 1, just remember to include it in your daily 2 cups dairy allotment.

I checked and did not see it but, I have seen some Phase I recipes with Sour Cream in it. I don't think a TBSP would really make that much difference would it?

it's not protein

lf sour cream is a condiment and is limited to 2 tablespoons daily
