I found these in Shop Rite, but my sister also saw them at Stop and Shop and Whole Foods.
They are in the frozen food section, near the veggie burgers. They are vegetable pancakes-the different kinds are sweet potato, potato, broccoli and spinach. I've tried all the but the broccoli, and they're delicious. Each pancake has sixty calories and most types have a few grams of fiber also. If I eat three with some applesauce and raw veggies, it's a very filling lunch or light dinner.
I think there are eight or nine of them in a box, and a box is under four dollars.
I work with a girl who is vegetarian, and eats ALOT (and burns it all right off!) so she keeps all sorts of food here in the fridge at work. We currently have the spinach ones in stock She loves them.
I have tried their veggie Burger( spicy) and loved them, but the store I bought them at no longer carries them . They were the best burgers I have tasted in a long , long time.

Thanks, Cheryl. I don't think I saw spicy burgers on the back of the box. I'll have to check the store next time. I'll also see if they have a website. They are made in my state (NJ) so hopefully a lot of stores around here have them.
I checked the website, and they do mainly have veggies, but they also contain soybeans too-drat! Well, they are far down on the list, so I could have them once in a while.
They also have salmon cakes. I don't like fish, but need to eat more of it..l'll see if I can find them.
The burgers were recalled over a year ago about some false claims. Many of us were on Core WW Plan and those were unlimited except when we found out they were high in oil... oops! They recalled them for flase advertsing so now they're back and I did lose weight on them and they were great. I also used them over whole wheat pasta w/sauce.
I bought the spinach pancakes last night and tried 1! They were very tasty but VERY oily/greasy tasting to me. They are also tiny! For some reason, I thought they would be veggie burger sized. I made it in the microwave, but I would definitely bake it next time (to get it crispier to offset the oily). Very interesting and I want to try the sweet potato version.
