Default I can't believe how much I ate for 387 calories!

Today, I decided to make a simple sauce of 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup tomato puree, a tablespoon of garlic, tablespoon of onion powder, with a small zucchini added in. I had two ounces of wheat fettucine to go with it, and topped it with one tablespoon of freshly grated parmesan cheese. I also had three cups of green beans with a 1/2 teaspoon of ICBINB spray and sea salt. I never did get around to making a side salad, as I was stuffed! That's unusual for this girl, let me tell you.

I try to incorporate as many negative calorie foods as possible into my diet. Today, I cooked on the 1/2 of a grilled red pepper, zucchini, and 1/2 of a summer squash with a little bit of ICBINB spray and garlic powder. I dipped them in a tablespoon of dip mixed with Z trim, all for 60 calories. I was going to eat more of them, but hubby snagged some as he took them off of the grill for me, the little bugger.

People who eat a whole foods diet that is plant based (at least mostly) can get HUGE amounts of food for fewer calories (not to mention all the fiber, antioxidants, nutrients, vitamins etc.).
