Well where do i begin?
Iw as doing the Crurves thing for awhile, but got a new job and the hours didn't match up so i'm sad to say I dropped out..
So now fast forward a year and a half and i'm still in the same spot i was...
But the good news is that at work we recently started a fitness competition, 1 month ago to be exact, i got an elliptical and have been using that baby 3-4 times a week going about 1.5-2 miles a time....
I have also been on Spark People tracking my calories....
So here i'am today weighed myself and nothing, not even a pound lost...
I wanted to come back here and find some of my old support....
I know I can do this, i actually feel good about working out, it's a different feeling then i have had before, but i'm so depressed today...
I guess I just wanted to vent a bit....
