Default Back Again...
Well where do i begin?

Iw as doing the Crurves thing for awhile, but got a new job and the hours didn't match up so i'm sad to say I dropped out..
So now fast forward a year and a half and i'm still in the same spot i was...

But the good news is that at work we recently started a fitness competition, 1 month ago to be exact, i got an elliptical and have been using that baby 3-4 times a week going about 1.5-2 miles a time....
I have also been on Spark People tracking my calories....
So here i'am today weighed myself and nothing, not even a pound lost...
I wanted to come back here and find some of my old support....
I know I can do this, i actually feel good about working out, it's a different feeling then i have had before, but i'm so depressed today...
I guess I just wanted to vent a bit....

I recently returned ( my 3rd time,lol), and am going to do it this time, you can too!!! . There are great people here, and some great inspirations. good luck with the weight loss, and I look forward to reading more of your posts.

I know how frustrated you are right now. Just keep on keeping on...because you KNOW that what you're doing now is so much better for you than what you had been doing...even if the scales are being obstinate. If you're cutting calories and exercising then your body has no choice but to respond, eventually. You'll get there!

I really want to thank everyone for their kind words, I know that I have to keep moving forward, and try to stay away from this discouraged mind-set, or else i will just quit again.
So I have awoken this AM with a positive attitude, and i'm ready to get back in the saddle again..
Watch out Mr. Elliptical here I come!
