Default Starting tomorrow...after cheating!

I was doing so well two weeks ago on phase 1, but I'm in the middle of finishing my thesis, I badly sprained my ankle (and couldn't exercise) and I just lost my focus. Can anyone off some advice? I am going away to see friends very soon and I'd love to look healthy. I was definitely on the right track.

Is it okay to go off phase 1 and then, start over? I went really off... Plus, I think I can start to exercise again, at least walking outside.

Thanks! I'm going to try and set my mind to it and ignore all the goodies lurking around!

Erin,

Depending on how long you did Phase 1 and how long you have done SBD makes a difference. If you have followed this WOE for awhile, you could do a strict Phase 2 and be successful. If this is your first time, you may need to go back to Phase 1. It really depends on these factors and how much you have to lose.

Girls, what do you think?

Good advice, Kiko, I'm thinking the same thing. If your cravings are strong, tricky, it would be best to redo Phase 1 again, though. Good luck, and back!

Hi Erin,

If I've been off-plan for more than one or two weeks, it always helps me to go back on Ph1. Sugar is my addiction and Ph1 is my lifesaver!

Don't give up...you will find your way.
