Monday Menu
OK, I have to commit to writing down everything that goes into my mouth. So here goes:
bf - total cereal, skim milk, banana. Need to buy a new cereal that is core.,
lunch -tuscan chicken that I made yesterday (very tasty), yougurt and watermellon.
snack - apple
dinner - pork roast, apple sauce, veggie.
snack - popcorn or frozen fruit.
