I could have done better, with it being good weather we sat outside with some food and a bottle of wine which was not good, and did no exercise. Made soup this monring to fill myself up today so that I dont over eat again today. Which should hopefully make up for the bad day I had yesterday.
Exercise went well yesterday (was sooo dead afterwards!) but I did have takeaway...
Still, all in all minus the slight calf muscle injury (just pulled it a bit) it's going ok.
Today (Sunday) I've managed to be good food wise and get some exercise in, but at the same time making sure my leg doesn't get any worse. I think it's getting better so it shouldn't set me off course too much.
