Morning Everyone,
I am a calorie counter and am feeling that my carb intake is on the high side (240 grams/day) and wanted to see how many carbs you eat in a typical day.
I know that the good and bad carbs get lumped together this way, but I need a number to shoot for. If I cut down to 200 grams/day is that too low?
I eat 1600-1800 calories/day. I workout 6 days/week and burn an average of 400 calories/workout. Most of my carbs come from lean meats, dairy, veggies and fruits with very few coming from junk foods.
