Question Salad dressings

I was reading in the stickies about salad dressings, and I didn't see Newmans Own.. I've heard these(the olive oil based ones, not the creamy sort)are ok on SBD. I Hope so because it's what I've used.. mainly the caesar and italian
I thought it was just salad dressing with low sugar content (ie; the italian has 1g) and I read anything under 3(I think it was) is ok?

anyone know?

Trish, and !

Yes, you may have any salad dressing that has less than 3 grams of sugar, but you should limit the serving size to 2 TBSP., since many salad dressings can be high in calories. Check out the sticky in the FAQ section regarding the current Phase 1 Food List.

I bought the SBD Ranch Dressing, Good for all 3 phases, and it tastes good.
