Does anyone have this book? I just bought it and there are some fab recipes in it, all calorie and fat counted by portion, we are having for dinner tonight:
Chicken Jalfrezi (5g fat - 288 cal) with Roasted red onion rice (1.4g fat - 162 cal)
and then Raspberry roulade (0.3g fat - 150 cal approx)
Will let you know how it turns out This could be my new diet bible!
