Default Have a ? for the Hip Hop Abbers

I started working out about a year ago with the Power 90 series. I have since progressed to Turbo Jam (which I love) and now I want to get the Hip Hop Abs. I'm just not sure which series to get. I can do Cardio party fairly easily, it does get my heartrate up pretty good, but I don't feel like I'm gonna die afterwards. So do you think the first series will be too easy? I want something thats gonna give me a good workout but not be so hard that I can't do it.
Thanks
Theresa

Theresa -- I'm in a similar position and will be very interested to hear responses to this question.

I have heard that intermediate/advanced exercises should skip the intro Hip Hop Abs package and start with the "Double Your Results" package.

I am interested to try the workouts and love standing ab work!

I have heard others say to skip the first package also if you are an advanced exerciser - I ordered the whole set even though I have been exercising for 20 years and I'm glad I did for now because of the time - the first package has shorter workouts which fits as I do HHA after my weight workouts and I really, really like the Five Minute workout to add on to my Turbo Jam cardio workouts. For that alone, the Five Minute workout was worth getting the first package. I haven't did an advance workout yet - I've tried the total body burn and the fat blasting cardio - they don't burn as many calories as Turbo Jam does but I think will work great after doing strength workouts which last 60 minutes.

I'll let you know after I try a workout from the advance set.
