Tuesday I drank 6 16 oz bottles of water, and Wed morning weigh in was a new low for me - 153.0.
I was really excited because I thought I would end up with that for my "weigh-in day" weight - so a 1.8 lb loss. Wednesday I ate about the same as I did on Tuesday, but I didn't drink as much water. Today's weight was 153.7. Could drinking less water really have caused that much of a difference? Thanks for the help.
