Oh - WELL DONE!!!!!!

I'm here... but only just! I got called in to work to cover for yet another person who has come down with something unpleasant.

Sorry I didn't start the thread (thanks for doing it CG) - I completely forgot its Thursday so didn't weigh again! Is this memory loss a side affect of dieting? More likely to be a blonde or senior 'moment'.

I'm on holiday starting tomorrow night - so good luck to everyone and that I don't put on too much weight while I'm away.

Good job on those 3lbs.

I know what you mean about that stodge you just want to fill yourself up with comfort food.

Well done CG and Mad. Have a good holiday Sarah.

I lost 3.6 lbs last week (weigh in on Mondays) which was basically just the weight I'd put on the 2 weeks before - so back to where I was at the end of January

Which is more than can be said for me. Back up to 96.6 but well I was on holiday. It is mainly pasta in Malta and I got fed up of Penne this and that. I did have one healthy salad but as I had it with 2 bottles of red wine (shared with one other) and a naughty meringue dessert I guess that does not count!

Back to the drawing board!
