It's almost time for Spring!!!!
Let's spring forward into reaching our final TBL Challenge goals! Most of us agree that we need to recommit after a rough start to our resolutions. So now here's your chance to start on that beautiful summer body!
KrispieD came up with this challenge and I thank her for that!
Basically
20 mins of continuous exercise equals one shamrock.
Each basket holds 50 shamrocks. Each person can have up to
3 baskets to put your shamrocks in. Once you fill up one basket, you'll start filling the next one.
If you fill all 3 of your baskets before the end of the challenge, you can help fill someone else's that really needs it!
At the end of the TBL Challenge, we'll count up everyone's shamrocks and trade them in for gold! (Technically it's our new look we will be receiving as a reward!)
This challenge starts today and ends on March 31st which is also the end of the TBL Challenge. All you have to do is post your exercise in this thread and keep track of your shamrocks.... I'll count at the end of each week how many shamrocks each person has and post it!
Please round off your exercise. For example, if you worked out 22 minutes, round down to 20. If you worked out 50 minutes, hang on to the extra 10 minutes and tack it on to the next post. I will not be responsible for tracking extra minutes.
