congrats to those who lost and remember, it is noever only something, a loss is a loss and is great. i am sorry as i had a bad week, i am up .4 so now at 145.6, i am soooo mad at myself. i knew i had a bad week as i snacked way too much. i also did not track my points at all and did nto drink my water. this is first gain i have had in 7 weeks of ww. so it really made me mad. i am back op today though, it is rough as i am really hungry, but i am not giving in and am doing it. i will have a loss next week, although i have to wi 2 days early as i am busy on regular night,b ut then the next week i will gain 2 extra days so it will even out. anyhow,s orry agian, next week will be better. i too had been losing 1 to 2 pounds a week, so this really made me mad at myself. a kick in e butt to wake me up. peg

Hey Flexies!

I lost 4 lbs this week! It was totally unexpected and it has giving me the will power to keep going (I was questioning my ability to keep going on WW). That brings my stats to 197/176/135. Good luck to all!

Hello Flex Team,
I am very sad to say I had a gain of .4lb this week. I seem to be in a pattern of losing then not losing than losing again. I thought I would have had a better week. I did my excercise this week and although I used some of the 35 points I did stay on program. Oh well such is life. I will try harder this week. Sounds like most of you rocked on your diets this week especially Biggest Loser, Stigity, and Psycho Bake. Are you guys using the extra points? I also take in a lot of Splenda. I am trying to figure out what I need to do to make a more consistent weight loss. Good Luck to everyone this week.
