I love chocolate milk. Hot chocolate that is. Been a tradition to have a cup every night before going to bed.
The Carnation stuff is the best. The light version is just 45 cal. per 3 tablespoons and I use only 1. But, still a lot of sugar.
So yesterday instead of doing that I had my skimmed milk with 1 tablespoon of cacao powder (unsweetened). A little bit more fat but seems a lot better.
