Anyone care to join me in posting your food intake - I could use the company! but be honest - even if it hurts! LOL
I will be back tomorrow (Monday) for my food intake for the day.
Beakfast:
2 coffees/black
Lunch:
6 wheat crackers w/cheese
1 coffee/black
1 apple
Dinner:
1 small ground chuck steak
about 10 french fries
Exercise: Curves - 3 times around the circuit
Water: 24 oz (so far - hope to get in more yet tonite)
Vitamins: YES
