Default Frozen Chocolate Cheesecake Bites (LA Chef)

Recipe Name: Frozen Chocolate Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Cool Whip Free®
5 Tbsp. fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. Splenda® Granular
10 tsp. Hershey’s Sugar Free Syrup®

Preparation:

Using a fork, vigorously mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and Splenda until smooth and well blended.
Evenly distribute mixture into 10 sections of an ice cube tray. Tap tray firmly on the counter a few times to get mixture to settle flat. Next, top each with a teaspoon of chocolate syrup. Tap tray again to settle. Place tray in freezer until Bites are solid -- at least 2 hours.
Once frozen, Cheesecake Bites should pop out easily (if not, run the bottom of the tray under the faucet for a few seconds to loosen them).

Makes: 10 bites

Serving size: 1 bite

LA Exchange: 2 Condiments

I love cheesecake. I tried the recipe in the cookbook and it turned out fantastic. I brought those to work and noone could believe they are guilt free. I can't wait to try the chocolate ones. And since I really don't use condiments, I won't have a problem fitting them in.

They were OK but I made them wrong. I mixed the syrup in with the mix and SF is not too good (atleast to me) so it overpowered the entire thing. It was not bad too and the only thing wrong was the syrup. If made correctly, these could taste AMAZING!

I made them one night and everyone in my house ate them I think I got one..... it's my mom's favorite treat now. We don't use chocolate sauce though.... we do them plain.
