We all know this, but it is an interesting visual.

Um, yeah, I ate about 200 calories worth of those today. But I ate them one at a time.

I wish it would've given amounts in cups, oz or something easier to visualize.

When you click on the images, you can see the entire plate. The plates are all the same size, 10 inches and a bit.

Personally, I would have trouble eating 200 calories worth of celery at gunpoint.

hehehe Thanks Anne. I had clicked on the peppers and wondered. Of course it filled up the whole plate so I didn't quite understand. Great site.

Thanks for this visual. I know it will help me with shopping since I'm new to counting calories. I had no idea that puffed rice/puffed wheat that this much was only 200 calories. Plus, after seeing that I'm going to get me some carrots to much on.
