Default Red Team is driving from NYC to LA

Okkkk team mates. While in a group chat tonight we have decided to take on a challenge.

If we were driving from NYC to LA it would take 41 hours and 16 minutes (2476 minutes). Sooo as a group (if you wish) everyday you log how many minutes you exercised. We want to see how long it takes us to get 2476 minutes done.

Once a day or once every couple of days, post here as how many minutes you did. And we should be in LA in no time.

On my lunch today, I've walked my usual 2 miles + 2 extra rounds (8 rounds = 1 mile), and that took me 50 minutes.

I wish I could help us get to LA, but I get my cardio through aerobics, Turbokick, and cardio kickboxing. I rarely use treadmills.

Thin, we're counting MINUTES not miles - this way everyone can participate with their own program. So everything you are doing can help us meet our goal.

If I could suggest... would be easier to track if you subtracted your time from the last person who posted. This way we can keep a running tally.

We were at 2446...

Nancy knocked out 50 minutes (yay for going 2 extra rounds) 2396

Then Megan came and contributed another 30 minutes That brings us to 2366 minutes left to go. We'll be in California in no time!

Ok Ladies I managed to get 20 minutes in on the treadmill. That takes us to 130 minutes complete only 2346 to go.

WooHoo. I am betting we make it within a week.

Default Somewhere west of Pittsburgh now...

Good morning, Slim Lovelies.

45 minutes on the bike at the gym this morning.
I have my speed yoga down to about 10 minutes, that's a daily thing.

2301 - 55 = 2246 remaining!

I have to say, I was going to only go to 40 minutes, and I thought about the extra 5 min for the team. Thanks, Red! thintowin, I love kickboxing! It's so good for the core, I couldn't believe how I got my balance back when I started that.

choosie.
