When I googled 3FATCHICKSFORUM this morning, before I logged in, I got a message on the screen that says the administrators have blocked my IP Address and to contact the Administrators. I ignored the message and logged in successfully, not problems, but I am wondering why I received this message.

I tried to re-produce this and could not. Your IP is not banned. Sounds like a fluke to me.
