Do I have to cut and paste my weight tracker everytime I post? Is there a way to have it done automatically each time I post?

If you add it to your signature, it will be on all your posts (provided 'Show your signature' is ticked when you post).

To edit your signature, click 'User CP' and then 'Edit signature' on the left hand side. Paste in the relevant code and save.

Go to User CP top left in the purple bar and select Edit Signature. That's where you paste it. If you can't figure it out paste a copy in this thread or attach it to a message to me and I'll put it into your profile. I won't be back here until around noon and will check then.

When you pause your mouse over the yellow yolk in the egg under your avatar, it will read 'avalonmoon is online now'

When I just did that, it read 'avalonmoon is offline'

The red exclamation mark in the weird shape on every post allows anyone to notify the Mods that a post is offensive. Most SPAM is seen first by various readers who bring it to the attention of Mods to be deleted.
