just wondering why there are no threads for IF people, and if one can be created?
not sure how popular it would be here but the science is solid/ proff body builders IF and I have been doing this for sometime now but would love to see a support thread on the subject so I dont feel so alone in my journey

There are two active threads currently- Eat Stop Eat and Fast-5 2012 (any IF plan is welcome, not only ESE or Fast 5) and another one that was recently created, For the Fasters.

I've seen some in the support group area. I do IF, although not as much as usual, but I don't do ESE or Fast 5. I don't follow any specific pattern created by anyone else, but do it my own way because it tends to help me feel better. I will check out For the Fasters, thanks for posting that.
