Hi, I was wondering how to subscribe to a thread. I don't know why but I thought if you wrote on a thread you automatically became subscribed.

To subscribe to a single thread, go to that thread, click on "Thread Tools" at the top of the thread (right side), then click "Subscribe to This Thread".

You can also change your settings so that you automatically subscribe to a thread when you post in it. If you want it to be that way, do the following:

Click on UserCP

Click on "Edit Options" under "Settings and Options" on the left bar.

Change your "Default Thread Subscription Mode" setting to either "No Email Notification", "Instant Email Notification", "Daily Email Notification", or "Weekly Email Notification", depending on how often you want to be notified of a new post. After you do that, every thread you post on will be added to your subscribed threads list.
