I frequently get timed out here. It's seems like if I'm inactive for more than 3 or 4 minutes, I get logged out. I've looked for a way to increase my idle time before I'm timed out, but haven't been able to find it, is there any setting I can change so I'm not bumped off all the time?

I will pass this on to tech- does it happen when you are using a particular browser?

If you are having problems staying logged in, delete your cookies and re-log in. Make sure you click the "remember me" button. This should keep you logged in practically indefinitely.
