Default Support Forum - Less than 100lbs?

Is there a forum for people who want to lose less than 100lbs? So far I can see the 100lb chat (which I assume is for a loss of 100lbs and up) and the 300lb+. The only one I fit into is the 20-somethings.

You could find a group any number of ways:

1. By age, as you found
2. By eating plan, or exercise plan (we have calorie counting, weight watchers, Low Carb, etc. forums, as well as clubs for runners, weight lifters, etc).
3. By joining a miscellaneous club under the "Miscellaneous Clubs" or "Support Groups" areas...we've got lots of themed and non-themed groups (like Brides to Be or Military Spouses, or the Partners In Crime or Daily Check In groups).
4. By joining a challenge in the "Chicks up for a Challenge" area.

Hope that helps!

Have a look through the whole support groups area There are groups based on a lot of different factors. Lots of miscellaneous clubs, too. Even ones based on becoming friends, or plans to follow. No area of the forums are off limits to anyone! Don't be intimidated by the 100lb area. Everyone is welcome there. Nor should you feel you only get to stick to one section.

WHen I started, I needed to lose 60-80 pounds. However, I find I relate to the folks in the hundred pound forum so I read and post there. Also, depending on how little you wish you lose, there's a featherweight forum that may be a good fit for you. I think you'll find this a very welcoming group in all its forums.
