Sunday: walked a couple miles with the dog in the morning and then 5.2 miles with my mom in the afternoon (according to her gps)

Friday - 45 minutes of pilates
Saturday - ran 4 miles outside Sunday - hiked Sugarloaf Mountain with my sister and niece. It took us 3 hours and 20 minutes to cover about 7 or so miles. FYI - mountains are steep! :lol: We are all very tired and sore today! |
