Saturday - 35 minutes on elliptical Sunday - 45 minute Crunch Pilates dvd |
Today I did 40 minutes on the elliptical.

Monday: 1 hour bike ride

Tuesday: 1 hour bike ride, 40 minute walk
|
Wednesday: 1 hour bike ride, 1 hour walk
|
Thursday: The traditional 5 mile hike before pie
|
Friday: 4-5 hours walking around Victoria
Saturday: 1 hour aquacize |
Monday: 1 hour bike ride
Tuesday: 1 hour bike ride, 1 hour aquacize |
Tani, you really are an inspiration, especially since your high weight and goal weight are very close to mine -- 263 down to 140. I just cannot get back into the exercise groove. I used to love going to the gym and to water aerobics. (Heh, at 43, I'm the hot young chickie in the group!) But my dedication to it has been abysmal of late. I know I really need the cardio, but I'm going to vow, here and now, to do at least my hand and leg weights at home tonight. It will be start.

Awh, Thanks Maggie. It really helps that my exercise is a set part of my schedule. I don't buy a metro pass anymore so if I want to skip my bike ride I have to dig out change for the bus to make it to work ;) Also, my mom takes my aquacize classes with me so if I skip that I'll get called a lazy bum too, heh.
Wednesday: 1 hour bike ride |
Thursday: 1 hour bike ride. They closed the pool due to our freak snow, so no aquacize.

Saturday: 1 hour aquacize |
