I highly recommend making mead as a beginner's step to wine. Wine can be fun but a little complex. Mead is like beer and wine making mixed together.
I think my next batch will be a super complex Framboise recipe. I love the stuff but the recipe is like a million steps long! Ack!


because when I typed that I was actually thinking after the wine is made however you make it - it may be tart - especially blackberry and the longer it ferments the more tart?
