
A new challenge for this month...Guess we should start on July 5 so everyone can get through July 4th

Current weight:
August Mini-goal: lbs to be lost
and/or
Non-scale goal: new routine, habit or other goal...i.e increase activity, take vitamins, make lunch everyday for work, etc.


The back exercises completely fell apart though, after my back relapse.
Just anxious to get started!
