I made my March challenge! Well, the weight part of it anyway. Still not doing so well about remembering my vitimins. I'd say I'm up to every other day now, which is at least better than I was doing before.
Well I am still at my start weight, I seem to be stuck on this plateau so I guess I will try to shake things up a bit this week to see if I can get things moving again....
I'm at 189, but it is TOM right now. I guess overall I lost a pound this month. I'm happy for the loss, but a bit discouraged. I think next month I'll set a goal of walking to or from school four days a week that way I'll be working on my paper and getting my exercise in.
