My 2005 mission is to work on healing and getting healthy. I'll have my second carpal tunnel surgry in a few months, and will of course have a short healing time for that. I am going to use this time to read more, exercise more, and take care of myself more. Time to start getting healthier!!

1)Get clean and brush my teeth REGULARLY. (it's a depression thing)
2)Use the exercise bike a minimum of 5 times a week. (No skipping two days in a row though!!)
3)Eat healthier.
4)Assert myself more.
5)Post here even when I am feeling bad.
6)Wear perfume, make-up, nice clothes more often. (Just to make MYSELF feel better, not for an event or for other people.)
7)Take more bubble baths!!!
:coffee:

Okay so far I have:

Re-joined WW
Planned out some menus
Tried one new recipe last week - it was a hit! (and WW friendly :) )

I have read one book this month.
I have organized my craft projects so I can actually find them
I spent one night this week with the t.v. completely off
Have managed to run errands during the week and had two relaxing weekends in a row :cb:

Not a bad start! :D

Wow what a great idea to do an update. We should do this like quarterly or something..

Goals Update:

1. work out a diet plan - i've got my basic ideas, but haven't really been sticking to it. I have been making better food choices and using my food saver though.

2. Sheffield- don't even ask me on this one.

3. Gym 3 times a week - didn't work out so much in february, but i'm back on track starting today!

4. budget - i have been working on this. it's a slow process for me.

5. house book- I finished this one. Well, I can always add more, but I accomplished this one. Plus i took a class on home buying and learned we are a ways off, but now know how to prepare for it.

6. gratitude journal - i haven't been very grateful the last months or so. but i am back on track starting today for that one too.

tikanique 04-29-2005 09:54 AM

Time to revisit this ladies.

1. DS is now worried about girls. That is okay, right?

2. Got my cheer certifications about two weeks ago and have been working with another coach to improve my spotting techniques.

3. Desk was organized until the audit started. Will be back organized by end of day today or auditors will DIE!

4. Writing - uh, well, we'll come back to that one.

5. Found the workout steam in Mid-March and am burning up the gym!

7. With gym workouts come gym hair - need to get it braided but till then, I try to look as cute as humanly possible with big frizzy hair.

8. Visited a new church - very bad experience, as Dorothy says, there's no place like home!

9. Meeting with a financial consultant to get my budget set up properly.

10. House is NOT clean but not tore down to pieces either. Will tackle Sunday. Picked out paint and will tackle this over Memorial Day weekend.

Tiki.
