
So far I have exercised for 1 hour for two days running

Food today:
1 pita sandwich, no butter-lettuce, low fat cheese and low fat ham
1 coffee
dinner tonight will be home-made pizza with a side salad and a diet coke





maybe because I have started strength training
I would like to reach my WW goal by the 16th of August.







I suppose by better carbs you mean whole grains, no white sugar, fresh fruits and berries – things like that?
