My Non-scale victory of the day is that I ran on the treadmill at the gym today!
I’ve avoided “running in public” because I’ve always been too fat, too big, too out-of-shape, etc etc etc. When doing cardio and warming up at the gym I’ve used treadmills for walking – but today I was bored, and started pressing the buttons to increase the speed; started jogging, and then increased the speed even more and started running. It felt great! And I didn’t see anybody looking at me strangely either. :lol: |

My non-scale victory has been 22 days without drinking alcohol. It hasn't caused me to loose much weight yet (3-4 pounds), but it's definately helping me to not binge! I feel much clearer and cleaner. Sandi :bubbles: oh and every Sat. and Sun. I get up early and workout at 7:30!!! That is quite a victory! :D |

My non-scale victory is being able to wait in line for my toast at the cafe in my office building while staring at a bag of cheesies for 10 minutes. I wanted them so badly but knew full well that I would regret it later so I fought off the temptation. :cb: |
My victory today is buying grapes for a snack tonight instead of chips!

I recently bought a skirt in a size medium instead of large and despite the stress of buying a house I have not caved and eaten any buttertarts :smug:

My non-scale victory (even though I had one those to :) ) is no alcohal for the past 2 days this being my third....it's been more then six months since I went a day without at least one beer (and most times it was definately more than one) yay me!
