Bellydancing all last week to practice for Friday night's show :)

Saturday - curves
|
walked about 3 miles, mostly in half-mile segments.

90 minutes of walking today, 30 minutes of yoga
|
Curves with extra stretching today
|
45 minutes on the elliptical, squats, calf presses, hamstring curls, jump drills
Can we say sore butt today??!?!?!?!? |
30 minutes of pilates today :)

Yesterday-10 minutes on butt blaster(elliptical machine) lifted weights and then went for an hour and a half belly dancing class...I LOVE IT!!!!!

walked approx. 2 miles today, while carrying a bag of library books weighing approx 20 lbs. that should count as both aerobic AND weightlifting!!!
(Note to self: from now on do your walking in the morning when it's still relatively cool or in the evening near sunset.) |
