    New thread for the month of May :

    I weighed in at 160.5 lbs this morning but my official WW weigh in is this evening so we shall see

    Hope you all had a good weekend
  • Holding at 180 yeah
  • Down to 165 as of today, but due mostly to a traumatic weekend. Let's see if it sticks.
  • Well the scale at WW said 160.5 too -yay!

  • Thanks, Heather! BTW, what kind of scale do you use? Are some scales better quality than others?
  • hanging in there at 151.5.... bah the scale has it in for me.
  • Seek, Mine is a counselour brand. the old fashion kind. i really would like a super duper delux digi scale. I believe some scales are better than others. but what ones i dunno.

  • Well, I've chubbed up by 1 lb. But I've set a mini-goal for myself to lose one pound a week for the next 5 weeks, in time for my belly dance recital. I think I had forgotten to set short-term goals and lost my way.
  • 209 - 10 more pounds till Onederland! Yippiee!
  • I made my first goal of 255, and more than 10% of my body weight lost!!! I'm so happy! Now on to Goal #2: Another 20 pounds.

  • Well, I finally weighed in today for the first time since all the finals madness started. It appears that I only gained one pound, so I am up to 170. I think that is not too bad, considering that I thought I had done much more damage. I attribute it to keeping up with exercise during the week. It kept my stress levels lower and heped me to stay focussed, obviously it helped me to stay within a reasonable range too!
  • 164, and the tape measure moved. Finally.
