How is your kid doing today? Much better I hope.

The sun is shining...and NOODLES got a full nights sleep!! Yippee!!

DD is doing much better. She is eating and drinking normally again. Must of been a 24 hour thing. DH brought home our favorite: Vietnamese Pho Soup and Chicken & Steamed Rice with cucumbers, carrots, and fish oil sauce. YUM!

So..we're going to head up to the tournament after all. I'll be goneski for a few days. Ahhhhh...I can feel the 3FC withdrawls now!! But it will be nice to have some time away with just DH & DD. We're going to go to a ghost town on Sunday. I'll take pics for ya.

Well, must get my rear in gear around here. I still have to list a few more goodies on FeeBaY, do dishes, run the vacuum, dust, water the yard, feed the animals & prepare them for their "house sitter", gather up my judging materials, pack, and go go go!! Woosh!!

well chickies been quiet around here lately. today ended my oh so dreaded poli-sci class. as one classmate said "i would rather watch grass grow than read this crap" is looking like i ended up with a b. but that is mainly due to i just couldn't get excited about the class and slacked some. bad me.
well hubby and i are talking about moving back to New Orleans. my best girl just called and the apt. next door to her is going to be open in sept. oh i so want to move back home, and to be able to live next door to ingrid would just be the shiznits. hehe
of course hubby's family will have a cow but after 2 years of living here we just aren't h appy and see them so rarely ( and being close to them was the main reason we moved here) that it doesn't make sense to stay. I have never liked living up north and guess i never will.
so that is what is going on with me, how is everyone else doing?

Drama-free up here in Portland. DH's foot healing nicely, we're both going to the gym in a few, then maybe off to a movie later. The Weight Project proceeds, very slowly but steadily. I may be down another 1/2" in the hips, will monitor it for a couple of days before I claim it.

I'm procrastinating about setting up an appointment to get the periodontal work done... boy, I don't have that much trouble being disciplined about diet or exercise, but I hate dentists and hair stylists, even masseuses, if it comes to that. I hate having strangers touch me, there's just something creepy about it. And then everybody has an opinion about my teeth, my hair, may skin.... eff that, they can bite me! However, face reality-- it's time to suck it up. Middle age and the receding gums have to be dealt with, that's just the way it is.

Other than that, I'm pretty blissed out and happy to be here. Size 12 is cool, and I'm getting pretty cut in the arms, legs, and back. Still working on the tummy, always something to do.

I hope Noodles is o.k., I'm kind of worried about her.

talked to her earlier she was doing ok. but if my b.o. is gonna keep her off this thread i wish she would tell me.

i know what you mean aobut other people touching you, my only exception is i love having other people wash my hair it always puts me to sleep.

Hi chicks!

Vacation is going very well! I am loving all of the sightseeing, and the relaxing. And LOTS of movies. Only a few more days until I am home. I am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed, and getting to visit my munchkin. Though he hung up on me when I talked to him the other day.
