I feel good.... because I had a perfect 100% clean eats day.... A superb workout.... and supper was ready by hubby when I got home, steak, salad, asparagus, stir fry veggies, and rice... :hun: It was delicious!!!!!!
AND I got all lmy water in....

I feel good because I went for a 2 hour walk yesterday with DH... We walked down to the local farmer's market and picked up some fresh veggies, had a nice lunch and walked home again...:)

I feel good because I got out and played tennis & went for a swim tonight!! Ahhhhhhh it was sooo nice to exercise again... I need to do it more often! hahaha... :tread:

I feel good because I have done my yoga tape 2 days in a row! :D

I feel good because if i don't i could slip into bad mood and that is no good for moral. so today i feel good. i think i can i think i can. :p

I feel GREAT because my sister is alright, and because my meds are making me a little flakey, and I'm giggling alot. :lol3: :rofl:

I feel on top of the world went to walmart and they had what i thought was a size 13 pants on sale for five ****eroos. well i snapped them up and came home only to find out they were 12's. started getting upset but tried them on anyway. AND THEY FIT!! granted my baby factory pudge was hanging over the edge but hey they fit. far cry from the 18/20's i was last year. :) :) :)

I feel good today because my stiffness/swollen joints went away faster than the usual hour or so it takes. Yippee!! There is some good to say about 95° weather around here... :sunny: It defrosts my bones. :lol:

I feel good because it is Friday, it is sunny out and my boss just left for the day! whoohoo!!!!:cb:

I feel good because I ate clean yesterday, eats today have been clean, boss and HIS BOSS are both out of the office and my whole office loves me cause I ordered a South Beach friendly lunch for everyone - Subway sandwiches and Salad. My SBechers tossed the bread, used the meat in their garden salads.
