I feel good because I got up early this morning and did my pilates workout.....I feel energized this morning! :dance:

I feel GREAT! I just finished did a workout with my trainer, and he started me on some new stuff. AND he said he thinks I'm getting slimmer! AND I can actually do those stomach thingys where you hook your feet under a bar, drop your hips over another, and raise yourself up! I am SO cool, baby!! :smoking:

I feel great 'cause I got my haircut at lunchtime today and I love my kicky new do! :D

I am feeling good because while work maybe a little shakey still, I know that my current boss and my going-to-be boss respect me, and think I am intellegent and fully capable of doing whatever assignment they give me.

I am also feeling good because my house is looking better, with the exception of my spare bed room.

I feel good because I've finished mowing the grass, and the 120 ( :dizzy: ) daffodil and tulip bulbs I carefully planted last cold late October, are coming up red and yellow and they make me happy

Seek Thank you :) I feel good today just because. spring is here. yeah i got a new spider plant last night. plants always make me happy. i am doing my workout in 15 minutes as soon as blue goes to school. hubby made good money this week. so we can dig outselves out of the hole we were in last week. and again just because i feel good.

I feel good because I exercised 4 times this week and kept that promise to myself! :D

Love that song! I feel good cause I ran 3 miles saturday, did bis and tri workouts yesterday and worked back, abs and 30 minutes on the elliptical today. My arms are sore and I am LOVIN it. Also, while at Vitamin World on saturday, I was picking out some protein powder and glucosamine and the store lady asked me why was I looking at protein powder and did I lift more than just lite weights. I proudly said, yes, I do lift much heavier than just the lite weights. nyah!!!!

I feel good, no great because I have muscles! :strong: Last night I looked down at my legs while I was walking and noticed that there was this "strange" indentation at the bottom of my leg. Upon furthur examination I realized that that indentation was my calf muscle. I reached down and grabbed the back of my left leg and gave it a good squeeze and gasp, shock, it was hard!!!! Muscle — real, calorie burning, trim, healthy muscle. After that discovery I started pushing around on my abs and lo and behold there's hard, glorious muscle under that (much smaller) layer of fat. I also realized that I have tiny little biceps peeking up at me. So maybe for the first time in my life last night I was totally self-absorbed in my body and I was excited about it! (Whoda thunk it? :lol: )
