BTW ellis...in New Orleans they just anglicize everything that is French...I had the worst time asking people for directions when I was there because I prounced all the French names in French - no one could understand what street me and my friend were looking for! :lol: For example Dumaine was pronounced as Doomayne...it made my head hurt after a few days.... :dizzy:

What a great city it was though! I loved it! One of my favorite vacations ever :D .

Arizona is exotic...for Canadians! LOL!! After all we do have the Grand Canyon. :cool:

I am going to New Orleans in July 2005. I can't wait! We're taking a week so after I judge nationals we'll actually have time to SEE the city. Do they wear hats there Mauv? hehehe

Well it was at Mardi Gras so almost everyone was wearing costumes, masks and/or hats! :lol:
