Poor Noodles, you're just going through the wars right now, aren't you? I have heard that high-energy anxiety nightmares are supposed to be the body's way of releasing stress instead of letting it accumulate in the unconscious. Sort of like letting the air out of a tire. A safety valve.

Maybe you could try that deep yogic breathing stuff with the "relaxation from the toes up" technique. Also warm baths with lavender oil. That helps me a lot when I get totally manic. And long, slow, gentle workouts seem to help me calm down better than fast frantic ones. And massage, definitely massage! Just a thought. Take care!

Noodles, aw hun I hope you feel better. I agree with Seek, sounds like maybe you just need to take some destress time for yourself. and no you can't have none of my excess energy, lol is mine!! actually got quite a bit done today, not all but a bit. . take care sweetie :)

Aww tanks girls. I actually got some sleep. I went to bed at 9 AM and got up at 3 Pm. I was dead tired so..no nightmares!! Yay!! I get to bowl tonight...Always a wonderful stress relief!! SMACK THE PINS!! Muhahahahaha.... :devil:

I have to work 7P-7A all week starting tonight I am going to be a cross #*$#)% But a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. I hope to stay OP the rest of the weekend. I have not been off program to be honest but it seems to me that I have eaten more the past two days than I have the past month. I have been depression eating but it seems to of done the body good since I am down 2 pounds since last week. Looks like about 10ish pounds left to go... I will see when I get there if I am happy with that weight. Hope everyone has a good weekend, got to get the kiddo's ready for Piano and Karate and get myself ready for work.

Well, you know the dream conversation we had a couple days ago, last night I had one where I found out I was pregnant (Nooooooooooooooooo!) and I was tossing back some rum and coke. :lol: In my dream I was wondering, "I wonder if I should stop drinking while I'm pregnant... maybe after this one." Terrible!

Yesterday we were told my the vet that my oldest dog, Emo, will have to have her tail amputated. She was paralyzed a couple years ago and she never regained feeling in her tail. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem but she's chewing on her tail constantly and it's causing all sorts of problems. The vet thinks it's because the tail has some active nerve ending that tingle (like when your arm is asleep) and they drive her nuts! The vet put us through this once before and decided not to operate. But now, she thinks it's time. One of the risks is that she might get a bone infection which could lead to BOWEL paralysis! Holy poop batman! Sigh. The surgery won't be until next month. She has a current infection in her tail and they won't operate until that clears up.

I ran/walked 4 miles today and have been very OP! Woo hoo!

Jessica... often times a dream about pregnancy doesn't represent an actual pregnancy, but an idea. A new thing that might be going on in your life perhaps. And maybe the drinking represents something that harms this new idea, or keeps it from being as full and healthy as it can be, and it's something you'd like to stop. Like in the dream how you thought you should quit drinking while pregnant.

Or maybe it means you're going to win the lottery. :)

Navi - Thanks for the amateur dream analysis. I dream all the time. Almost everynight. And I remember them. I actually had to go to dream therapy as a kid because they were so vivd. Luckily, most of my story ideas come from dreams.

Blurrgirl - I don't know about you but I'm on Depo-Provera. Heck, I know it's not fool proof but I'm starting to worry! :) Babies are cute... other people's babies.

Hello Mauvais! I have been around. I have had a lot going on with work, and planning my vacation, cleaning my house, family outings, etc. Busy but good. :) How have you been?

I've been doing well. Been pretty busy lately but finally had a day to relax yesterday :)
Our van has been in the shop since Thursday- they are waiting for a part from- I think we will have to go car shopping this summer....and still talking about taking the plunge towards home ownership.

Mauvais : oh i wish i was ready for home ownership not yet but maybe one day. i too am having car problems . 2 new tires, shocks on rear. still not done. prob. should bet another car but i love my little dodge shadow too much. is my own little race car:p

Goddess : after my 2nd baby i had my tubes tied not 100% foolproof but like 95% i think doc said. i did depro for a while and didn't like it. am hoping my pregnant me dreams are like navi said and sign of new things in my life to come.

Heather, I got my tubes tied, and I made my DH get a vascetomy. :D

Well freakin' happy day.:D..My boss actually did something for us on Aministrative Assistants day! :fr: He bought each of us a big box of assorted Lindt chocolates :dance: Very nice :)...I am trying not to eat them all at once :lol:

Get THIS, Heather. Even though we were both "fixed", I told DH that if by some weird chance I got pregnant again, I'd have to have an abortion because I couldn't mentally deal with another pregnancy. He's not big on abortion, and said sadly, "I guess maybe we'd better completely stop having sex, then." :lol3: :rofl:

Ellis , hoping he wasn't serious, me and my hub got into big arguement in hospital with 2nd baby because i told them to tie tubes. we had chosen to be surprised with katiebug so we didn't know boy or girl. well mike was like what if it is a boy? me well then we have two boys, i am tying my tubes. 2 is enough for me. he tried to tell me i couldn't well i got pregnant mad and was stomping around. "my damn body.. " dr thought we were insane. lol
